Summer means festivals and fairs. Frazier Park’s Fiesta Days is three days of music, watermelon, food and beer. The rides light up at dusk and nostalgia kicks in. The smell of kettle corn fills the air and the warm winds lift your spirits. Live music blares from the beer garden. Couples embrace and hold hands. The sights and smells encourage the mood to feel the emotions that summer brings.
I photographed these two beneath the lights of the ferris wheel. Bodies buzzing around feet stamping on hay. Shrill screams of excited children. Then right in the mix two lovers embracing.
